The Gatton Lapidary Club Inc. is located under the Shire Hall, North St, Gatton.

Gatton Lapidary Club is a non-profit organisation where members can learn to cut cabochon stones, facet gemstones & learn to make silver jewellery.

 

The club has a workshop including all the machines necessary for cutting cabochons, opals and faceted gems as well as tumblers and vibralaps.

The workshop is open four times a week for members to use this equipment to produce their works of art. A library is available to members

There is an active group interested in the collection and display of local rocks and fossils.

As a member you will be able to participate in field trips, social events and our monthly meetings.

 

 

Lapidary Sessions:


Tuesday - 8am - 12pm
Thursdays  - 8am -12pm

Saturday - 9 am - 1pm Silversmithing
